Mr. Flecha serves as the Executive Director of Seashore Family Services of New Jersey since 2005. Prior to joining SFSNJ, he was the Assistant Director at the Addiction Treatment Services at Raritan Bay Medical Center. He has 26 years of experience working with adults and juveniles substance abusers, and HIV patients. Mr. Flecha holds a Bachelor and Master degrees in Organizational Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico. He holds certification as a Certified Clinical Supervisor by the Addiction Professionals Certification Board of New Jersey and he is licensed as a Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in NJ. He is also a graduate from the MBA program at Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ with concentrations in Administration and Finance. He was an Associate Professor at the Puerto Rico Junior College, Puerto Rico, and at the Ocean County College, New Jersey. He provides training for Substance Abuse Counselors across various institutions in NJ. Mr. Flecha is a Board member of the New Jersey Prevention Network. He also was selected as a member of the Professional Advisory Board to DHS in Ocean County in 2005 and NJDHS-Division of Addiction Services since 2007. He is also an active member in the Brick Rotary lunch Club in which he serves as the Treasurer. He participated on a focus group from LAB-IV Corporation, which made a proposal to the White House on minority healthcare issues in 1996.

Mrs. Rettino-Mantone recently joined SFSNJ on October 19 as a Clinical Director. “Nina’s credentials and experience are impressive,” said Roberto Flecha, Executive Director. She is a graduate of social work from Rutgers University, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the State of NJ. She is also a Certified Mental Health Screener working for the Saint Barnabas Health Care System, PESS Psychiatric Emergency Screening. She has been working in the field of social work for the past 8 years with many community agencies in New Jersey such as Catholic Charities and United Way. She has been working for community mental health agencies in Ocean County for the past 6 years including Preferred Behavioral Health and Ocean Mental Health Services. Nina was involved in the implementation and development of Ocean Mental Health Services Project Recovery Evening Program for adults with co-occurring disorders and has supervised that program for the past 4 years. In addition, she is an experienced therapist in private practice specializing in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, individual therapy and substance abuse counseling. Nina is also a certified Disaster Response Crisis Counselor with the New Jersey Division of Mental Health Services, a member of the National Association of Social Workers and National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Counselors (NAADC).

Lisa has worked for SFSNJ for five years in a dual role as their Business Manager/ Chief Financial Officer and a Licensed Professional Counselor. Prior to joining SFSNJ, she worked in the corporate sector for a major global technology services company for nine years working in several financial capacities with her last position being the Director of Business Analysis and Market Research. She has 20 years of experience working in financial management spanning both private and non-profit sectors. Clinically, she has over 14 years of experience in counseling and case management in community mental health, substance abuse and private practice settings. She is licensed by the State of New Jersey as a Professional Counselor and Drug and Alcohol Counselor providing counseling to individuals through their employer’s Employee Assistance Programs, Managed Care Insurance programs and grant services. She is also Board Certified on a national level. She obtained her master’s degree from University of Maryland in the area of Community Counseling from the Counseling and Personnel Services Department. Lisa is currently a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors. She is also a member with the New Jersey Counseling Association with a specialty in the New Jersey Association for Marriage and Family Counselors.

Mrs. Vivian Andersch obtained her Practical Nurses License from Middlesex County Vocational School of Nursing in 1979. She obtained a Certified Chemical Dependency Certification from The Consortium of Behavioral Health Nurse Associates. She is a License Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Certified Clinical Supervisor, Criminal Justice Counselor and a Certified Compulsive Gambling Counselor. Mrs. Vivian Andersch has been working in the field of addictions for over a decade. She began her career as a surgical medical nurse and joining the addictions program as a detoxification nurse in an acute medical detox unit. She obtained her certifications moving into the field as an addictions counselor in an outpatient setting specializing in treatment of the Spanish population, intoxicated drivers and counseling with compulsive gamblers. Prior to joining SFSNJ, she was the Sr. Clinical Counselor at Raritan bay Medical Center Methadone Maintenance Program. Vivian has received professional awards through her career such as The Project Care Award from the Middlesex County Probation Department and the Administrative Office of the Courts, 1989, and the Jack Langley Counselor of the year Award from the Middlesex County Addictions Association for outstanding services in the filed of addictions, 1993. She has been a member of the New Jersey Association of alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselor, CBHNA Membership and a current member of the NJ Department of Human Services Driving Under the Influence Task Force.
